A native of New Hampshire, having grown up in the North Country near Mt. Washington, Deb

Rano specializes in residential sales working with both sellers and buyers who are looking for

their forever or vacation home. She has lived and worked in the Lakes Region of New

Hampshire since 2006 and lives in nearby Bridgewater. She services properties in the Lakes

Region, specializing in the Newfound Lake area. Deb uses her knowledge and negotiating skills

to help her clients achieve their goals, whether it’s homeownership or moving on to the next

chapter of their lives by selling their home.

Before she began her career in real estate, Deb became an award-winning and seasoned

salesperson working at a powersports dealer for over 15 years. Working with people on a daily

basis revealed to her the importance of honesty, integrity, listening to her clients, and what it

means to provide excellent customer service. She has carried those essential traits with her into

the real estate industry for the benefit of her clients. Her motto is to treat others in the sales

process as she would expect to be treated.

Deb attained her real estate license in 2016 and was awarded Honor Society distinctions in 2017,

2018, and 2019 — representing the top 14% of real estate agents nationally. She was also

presented with the Rookie of the Year Award. Unlike many other agents, she’s more concerned

with helping her clients to achieve their goals than she is with commission. Deb loves to hear

stories from her clients about the generations of families that have visited Newfound Lake and

made so many cherished memories coming to the lake over the years.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Deb enjoys spending time snowmobiling, fishing, boating with

friends, going for walks in the woods, and sightseeing in the beautiful state of New Hampshire.

But before Deb was a lake-based real estate agent, she spent some time in Montana. Despite the

region’s awe-inspiring mountains, and the beauty of Glacier National Park, Deb grew homesick

for all that The Granite State has to offer. Today, she helps entice others back home too.
